Managed implementation and growth of first B2B referral program, affiliate program, and member community engagement program, resulting in 15% growth of incremental sign-ups MoM and 96% customer retention rate.

ThriveDX: Led and built the product launch department from the ground up while exceeding revenue targets to grow business revenue by 40% YoY. Oversaw and executed the launch of 45+ new university programs and six new products with 20+ partners.

WeWork: Cultivated a strong local community, which cut the CAC in half by increasing offline acquisition sources that came from events, partnerships, word of mouth, and referrals.
