Landing a Job During a Pandemic: Alumni Panel

At the start of the pandemic, I ideated this event topic, sourced panelists, moderated this panel event, and owned the overall event promotion, description, and reporting. This is one of many events that I had the pleasure of hosting during my time at WeWork and Flatiron School.

Cats Who Code Instagram Takeover

My cat, Penelope, took over the Flatiron School Instagram for a Cats Who Code segment during the #ChangeThings Challenge. This takeover had the most engagement during the challenge and Flatiron School's social account saw a 10% growth in followers as a result.

Flatiron School Houston Campus Instagram Takeover

Campus tours were one of Flatiron School's highest lead-generation events. I took over Flatiron School's Instagram account to bring the campus tour virtual. This takeover generated over 50 leads for the Houston campus.

ABC13 Flatiron School Interview

ABC13 Houston interviewed me about Flatiron School's COVID-19 resources and featured one of our alumni success stories. After this segment aired, Flatiron School saw a significant increase (+40%) in new leads for the Software Engineering and Data Science programs.
